Fort Lauderdale, Florida—US Solar Institute reports earning a license from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation for continuing education credit units (CEU).  These units are required for all construction related license holders registered or certified in the state of Florida.  Starting January 2011, appropriate engineers, electricians, contractors, building officials, plan reviewers, inspectors, and code officials may earn professional continuing education credit units simply by attending any of US Solar Institute’s approved courses.
