Will Clean Energy Manufacturing Create U.S. Jobs?

New Hampshire, USA – In the U.S. manufacturing jobs have slipped to a level not seen since before 1945 (see chart, below). From 2000 to 2009, manufacturing in the U.S. shed upwards of 7 million jobs.
