USSI is pleased to offer the highest quality, licensed continuing education curriculum with instructional and practicum guidelines that provide a complete “turn-key” world class diploma/certificate photovoltaic education program that you can use today. Our world class program provides Department of Education licensed curriculum. Through our capable staff we deliver customized curriculum, instructional design services, and marketing support that is sure to make your program stand out and succeed. Some of our existing and pending clients include: Underwriters Laboratory University (UL), International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, and several corporations, colleges and electrical educational institutes across the United States, Caribbean and Latin America. Our curriculum, instruction, and practicum guidelines can be delivered in English or Spanish.
US Solar Institute’s Department of Education licensed diploma programs delivers almost 200 hours of the most relevant curriculum in the country. Upon completing these courses (each class earns a certificate of completion) and upon satisfying all the requirements of the program, the student earns a Diploma, is eligible for most state/country contractor licensure examinations, UL and the NABCEP Certified Installer examinations. All graduating students earn a USSI Solar Specialist Certification as an Installer, Designer, or both. US Solar Institute also takes pride in providing a world class “train-the-trainer program” along with consultation for marketing, lab set up, and instructional design assistance as part of your program for licensure.
US Solar Institute is a fully licensed, insured instructional provider and curriculum designer through the Florida Department of Education. USSI has several Florida Building Commission and Department of Business and Professional Regulation Certified Instructors (all our courses meet CEU credit hours for professional’s – nationwide). Our staff includes Master Trainers for both USSI and UL’s PV certificate and certification programs.
