Are you looking for a career change?  Between jobs?  Looking to advance your career in a growing industry?  For most, education is the best place to start.  A formal education can help arm you with the knowledge, resources, and connections needed to enter a particular field.  However, when it comes to financing an education, it can be a daunting process, especially when many people are struggling financially.

With solar being one of the fastest growing job markets, we receive calls all the time from people interested in getting into the industry.  As an educator, we strongly believe in the importance of a formal education that includes a combination of lecture, class participation, and hands-on labs.  Therefore, we try to help our students in any way we can with their financial investment towards a solid and invaluable education.  Currently, we are working to set up student loan programs with a variety of lenders, are looking forward to accepting federal aid and grants in early 2012, have recently discounted pricing on our courses, will accept VA benefits in 2012, and will be offering payment plans.

For Florida residents, there is currently a federally funded government program called Vocational Rehabilitation.  As a licensed vendor, US Solar Institute works with Vocational Rehabilitation to train and place students.  Through this program, eligible students can get their tuition paid for which includes the entire US Solar Institute Department of Education licensed diploma program:

For more information about the Vocational Rehabilitation program, please contact a local counselor to determine your eligibility. Please stay tuned for any new and upcoming financing options by subscribing to our newsletter.
