US Solar Institute’s Solar Jobs Course

USSI’s Most Popular Solar Job Course Offered More Often

Fort Lauderdale, FL – US Solar Institute, the state’s only licensed solar training school, has decided to offer more of its popular solar jobs course, PV201, after customer demands prompt the headmaster to open student enrollment to another class session. The decision was made after many students wanted to take the course but did not want to wait until the scheduled July session, and continued asking for an in-between course. Unlike most class sessions that offer all three classes in a three-week intensive time period, this mid-season class will only have PV201. This class will run from May 21st  – May 25th, 2018.

US Solar Institute is known for the hands on portions of its training programs. Nothing beats an in person training course that actually allows you to pick up a drill, make a hole in the roof, screw down the attachments, connect the rail, and bolt down a panel. One thing is reading a few presentations and watching a bunch of YouTube videos online, and another thing is carrying those solar panels and assembling a real system. It is a completely different learning experience and most people just underestimate how important it is to learn how to do it properly and in a controlled environment.

The classes that have been hosted this year have all sold out with weeks, and sometimes months, in advanced. Due to popular demand from the public, USSI has decided to offer another class for those who cannot wait until the July full session. Most times, students have been placed on a waiting list or bumped to the next class session because the classes sold out. If you really want to take advantage of this spur of the moment class offering, we recommend that you sign up as soon as you can in order to reserve a spot in class.
